I dined there on the spur of the moment with my son recently. It was quickly obvious that this was a class operation. My expectations were high after enjoying the warm welcome by the staff and being offered two wines to sample.We started off with the James River oysters which were nestled in a bed of horseradish. The food is absolutely SPECTACULAR!! If you've not dined here, you're truly missing out. From the presentation, to the expert blend of flavors and textures, this is by far my favorite restaurant. The service is always fantastic and the drinks are perfect. You can't go wrong here... and, it's all gluten free!Dietary restrictions: They are pretty much exclusively gluten free with the exception of one bar snack. So, to me, that's gluten free.

This was the best meal we have had in a long time. My wife had the chicken dish and I had the lamb chops. We got the corn chowder and the fried oysters for an appetizer and everything was incredible. Service was top notch and the atmosphere was perfect. What a great experience… we will be back!!
