Katana Reviews
I popped in for lunch today. Never been to Katana before. It was utterly perfect and delicious!!!! They had everything I wanted. It was fresh and professional. They know what they're doing. The prices were reasonable. I will definitely become a regular.
Great Food But Quantity kind of sucks.
I loved this place! The owners were so sweet and nice. Sushi was AMAZING. Spicy tuna roll 10/10. Even when my boss was down right rude to the owners they were very polite and served us with respect. Their menu had a lot of options and everything I tried was so good! Food came out fairly quickly and was absolutely delicious.

Katana offers good prices for hibachi cooked in front of you. The food is generally not very flavorful, and some items like the shrimp can be overcooked. The tables around the grill can be sticky, and the border of the grill was reported to be dirty and burnt black. The staff is friendly, and the cooks are engaging but sometimes disinterested, offering only simple fire lighting and onion volcano shows. Customers can customize their sushi rolls with fresh ingredients, and the Sake is good. The atmosphere is cozy, and the bathrooms are clean, making Katana a decent place for a night out. However, the place was described as a bit run-down and quiet, which can be a red flag. Still, some dishes like the Christmas Tree Roll and Shumai appetizer are enjoyable, and service at the sushi bar is friendly. Overall, it’s a place to visit if looking for late-night snacks or sushi, but expectations should be tempered regarding the hibachi experience.
