I popped in for lunch today. Never been to Katana before. It was utterly perfect and delicious!!!! They had everything I wanted. It was fresh and professional. They know what they're doing. The prices were reasonable. I will definitely become a regular.

The food was good but a little too salty. The service is really good. They are friendly in the restaurant. The interior needs to be cleaned. It looks like cockroaches live in there. The hibachi grill needs TLC. There’s drywall blocking the top part of the grill and it’s completely covered in grease. The air vent was not on while the chef cooked and the air vent is also covered in grease. The whole restaurant is greasy. It’s kind of run down feeling...

My husband and I went in and we were very impressed for it being our first time there. The tempura shrimp and vegetables were fresh and delectable, the same could be said about the fried dumplings as well. The fried rice portions are very generous and the hibachi meats and veggies are juicy, tender and delicious. The staff are very kind and patient and made our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, I'd love to come back and eat another time.
