“Best Ice-cream/Gelato I've ever had! I tried the tiramisu and the French chocolate. The tiramisu had a depth of flavor I didn't know was possible in an ice cream, and the chocolate was perfectly decedent. And the texture was sooooo creamy! I'm definitely coming back to try more flavors.“

My expectations were high after enjoying the warm welcome by the staff and being offered two wines to sample.We started off with the James River oysters which were nestled in a bed of horseradish. Words can not describe how tasty they were.My son ordered the lamb chops and I ordered the Faroe Island salmon. Both entrees were exquisite. A complimentary dessert of bread pudding was provided.Chef Moats and the entire staff were on the top of their game. “I love this little hidden gem with my whole heart. They have the typical coffee selections but then they also have unique flavor combinations that are so delicious. “Update... we went for burger night. So so good. I like truffle fries... My husband doesn't so they made plain fries. Burger was cooked beautifully and was the star of the show. Not overwhelmed by accoutrement. Previous review: I was surprised that my husband chose this place for brunch because it presents as middle eastern which is not his fav cuisine.... Much to my surprise it was eclectic which some mideast and some French... And some Latin... He has bruleed French toast and said it may have been the best breakfast ever. I had huevos rancheros which was served in a traditional tangine... Which was a surprise. The carne was tender and scrumptious. Good week night specials... We are headed back Wednesday to check the burgers. Lovely coherent atmosphere. What took us so long?!?!?Parking: Urban parking issue. We got a decent spot.“
“Place is small and fills quickly!! Don't miss your chance at this excellent spot!! The breakfast plate was more than adequate amount of food and very delicious!! I definitely recommend finding a way to order something that gets you the orange preserve!! It is slightly spicy but in all the right ways!!Kid-friendliness: We brought our two girls 8 and 10 and there was no issues. They were glad to get us a table that accommodated. The waitress was awesome and let them put in their order and engaged them in a way to make them feel special and in charge of their dining experience!“
“We enjoyed our dinner before attending a show at Chrysler Hall. The restaurant was very busy with show-goers, and service was a bit slow. Our food tasted delicious, but the mashed potatoes, risotto, and carrots were luke-warm at best. If we'd had more time, we would have sent them back to be heated up. There was no time for dessert, sadly. Our server was very pleasant and the ambiance was great. We will return.“
“This is a hidden gem! I was starving for some good Indian food and found Saffron. First off, our waiter Shine was very professional and helpful. His knowledge of the menu was great. He helped me make a decision for what I wanted to eat, and the food was delicious! He really knows Indian cuisine. I will definitely be back to try other items. “Me and my family went for lunch the service was very good they were patient. The baby’s car seat was able to fit in the booth. The food was fast and already in a takeout style bowl so you just needed to ask for a lid and you were good to go. There were also a lot of cute shops from left to right so we made a whole day of it.Parking: This is one of the only places around that hard parking around back. Plenty of room.“
