Pizza Hut in Norfolk

“The food was good I did ask for extra sauce on my pizza and they were out of 20 oz Pepsi. I ask the lady could I get the 2 liter she said I can give you a refund. I was like oh I’ll just take the root beer. I had dashed at the Pizza Hut on Princesses Ann and that’s where I got that whole 2liter idea from. Ijs customer service needs tweaking“

“Carry out order, via online order. The location looks great, its nice the Sailors have a place they can get pizza and a beer right off the pier. They accidentally gave me some extra green peppers and jalapenos toppings that I didn't order, but I didn't mind. (would have sucked if I didn't like those toppings).

I chose not to tip in the app because it was a carry out order, and the cashier forced me to again tap no tip a second time when I picked up my order, even though I pre-paid. Gross.“

“I have never done anything but grab the pre-made hot stuff off the counter. I have never ordered anything special. I like Pizza Hut in general and the pizza and breadsticks they have out there are good as expected, though I got a pasta once that had obviously been sitting for a long time. That only happened once, though.“

“I made a mistake of ordering a pizza the had pepperoni in the picture but it was my responsibility to pick the topping which was confusing because the picture showed pepperoni Teejay was amazing, showed great customer service and understanding. I appreciate her willingness to get this right inspite of my confusion.“
