Pizza Hut in Hampton

“Actually bumped my original 3 year old review up from 1 to 5 stars. Ever since this locations remodel, the quality and care of the food is insanely good. It's no longer a coin flip of whether you'll get an acceptable quality pizza or a barely edible pizza. I've been back 3 times now since the remodel and every single time the pizza and bread sticks have been very consistent in quality and very exceptional.

Idk if they did a rehire along with the remodel, or retrained the employees, but whatever they're doing now I commend them and appreciate their hard work and great food now. The front of house is very friendly and really fast, not stand offish at all. So glad for the changes, will definitely be back.“

“Normally the pizza we get from this location is great. Lots of toppings, cooked right. Tonight’s however was definite not up to par. Two pizzas, an hour and a half wait. Dry, dry, dry. You could tell it had been sitting. We ordered light sauce, there was none to be found at all on either of the pizzas. The crust and toppings were rock hard and dried up. We were so hungry, we ate what we could of one and will throw the other away. Special pricing should not mean poorer quality product. Normally I would recommend this place but there was no option for ‘not recommend at this time.”“
