Burger King in Norfolk

“Had a great experience here on a late night food run. Ordered a handful of cookies with my mobile order, as they're great, and I wanted to save some for the next day. Got there, got the rest of the food (bacon king, large fry, small coke), but they did not have any cookies cooked at time I arrived. Young man in the drive through, informed me of that, apologized, and asked if I would like pies instead. I ended up waiting for the cookies, as I wasn't in a rush and was going to eat in my car anyway. The guy apologized again, got me the rest of my food (upgrading my coke to a large for the wait), and told me to drive up front, where he came out in approximately 15 minutes with some fresh baked cookies.

Some may give a negative for not having a bunch of cookies cooked and ready. I ordered a bunch of them at nearly midnight though, so understand. More than anything though, I left impressed and happy with the service. Guy at the window is great with people and cared enough to go out his way to make me happy. I feel like most places wouldn't have even told me about the substitution, let alone offering to have them make them right then for a short wait. For an industry where the expectation is pretty bare minimum, seeing someone with hustle and legitimate service attitude was nice.

Burger King in general has been killing it too. Obvious comparison is to McDonald's, and they're cheaper and better by now. The Bacon King burger is fire.“

“You got an airport burger.King that would beat any bk , i've been to be in years... I had some bad experiences at some burger kings.But this one everything was perfect... My double whopper was so fresh, Everything was in place just right and we could have made a commercial out of this pretty sandwich... the friendliness of the manager was very professional And very inviting... but the lady.
In the back making the burgers is the star today... The thing I was most shocked about was the price... This is an airport bk. The store that right next to it has sandwiches in it compete or compare to these prices .. And what was so unusual this bk was fast“

“I used to come here often when I was taking care of my grandmother. Now that she has passed, I don’t have as much reason to visit, but I still enjoy it.
As far as atmosphere goes, I would definitely recommend this place—especially if you’re looking to get away from your surroundings and have a few quiet minutes to yourself. From my experience, the interior is usually empty, as most customers use the drive-thru or pick-up. It’s a spot I would choose if I wanted to sit down, eat, and enjoy some time away from everyone for a few hours.“
