I just want to give this young lady a huge kudos. She is always doing the right thing, always patient, and always professional. For some reason, the food always tastes better when she and her crew are working at night and that’s not by accident, that’s called care and consistency.
Great customer service is rare these days, but she delivers it every single time without fail. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in both the service and the quality.
Give her the recognition she deserves seriously. She represents what customer service is supposed to be.

“These days, it’s rare to experience genuine customer service like this.
From the moment I spoke at the drive-thru intercom, the employee was polite, patient, and genuinely kind. She even helped me pick out exactly how I wanted my Whopper, which I appreciated.
When I got to the window, they let me know they were waiting on fresh onion rings. It only took about 20–30 seconds, and she came out, thanked me for waiting, and wished me a great night. That level of courtesy is rare nowadays.
On top of that, the food was on point—everything was fresh, portions were right (finally a place that fills the fries properly), and the Whopper was excellent.
This is one of the last Burger Kings in my area, and they’re doing it right. Great service still exists—you just have to find the right people.“
“Due to headsets not working, the pullup menu wasn't able to be used...a McLanes delivery truck parked next to the drive thru was constantly being crossed for the products to be brought into the building...as it was raining quite hard the window worker was drenched but maintained a professional and cheerful demeanor..out of catsup packs, no problem...Terry put some in a small cup with a lid...with only 3 people working a 24 hour store, this crew deserves a raise and a promotion...don't know if this a franchise or corporate...but it needs to be looked at carefully...the burger and rings and root beer hit the spot on a cold and rainy night...and yes I would go again..“
“My daughter and I had a long day today with stops in Norfolk and Virginia Beach near Lynnhaven Mall. By the time we were near Janaf in Norfolk, I was craving a Whopper. There’s another Burger King nearby, but I’ve had a bad experience there, so I always come to this location because the food is consistently fresh even when ordering through the app.
We actually live in Suffolk, about 10 miles away, but we still choose this Burger King because it’s worth the drive. We even passed our exit just so I could get my usual double Whopper (don’t judge!) cut in half. I placed the order but arrived a little early without realizing it. One employee greeted me but couldn’t find the order, and then Billy stepped in. He found it right away and kindly explained that I was early. After the day we’d had, I didn’t even notice. He told me not to worry at all.
When I pulled up to the window, smoke was billowing from the grill — you don’t see that often at Burger King anymore. It told me everything I needed to know: my food was being cooked fresh. When Billy handed me my order, I told him how much his service surprised and impressed me. He is such a nice young man, and his parents clearly raised him well.
Honestly, while I was waiting for my sandwich, I had already decided I was going to leave a review. But when Billy said I made his day, he made mine too. This location continues to earn my business.“
