Burger King in Chesapeake

“Drove to this location from Suffolk due to being tired of the poor service and stale food and was not disappointed. They were very busy when we arrived and the line moved surprisingly fast, when we got our food we were offered a burger king crown for our little ones!!! It was such a simple sweet thing that made their day!!! They were so busy that our second fry was forgotten but they gave us an overstuffed large as soon as we let them know. Our new go to BK location!!!!“

“It was a must I came up here to give the young lady jahmiya her props, sorry if I spelled your name wrong hunn but im sure they know who exactly I am referring too! I came around 2 somthing in the morning because I had just finish working on a project of mines so I didnt feel the need to cook because it was too late and I was too hungry 🤣but Jahmiya was the sweetest most respectful young lady I have met in a long time ESPECIALLY working at a fastfood place! Thank you for your great customer service you deserve a raise and to be recognized. Please dont allow the rudeness of a Karen like the lady that was in the back of you watching you to get in the way of your generosity! If anything you need to take her place and she needs to be home in her misery! Other than the complaint I had with her over you like that the food was great as well as the service! Very much so top tier!“

“These days, it’s rare to experience genuine customer service like this.
From the moment I spoke at the drive-thru intercom, the employee was polite, patient, and genuinely kind. She even helped me pick out exactly how I wanted my Whopper, which I appreciated.
When I got to the window, they let me know they were waiting on fresh onion rings. It only took about 20–30 seconds, and she came out, thanked me for waiting, and wished me a great night. That level of courtesy is rare nowadays.
On top of that, the food was on point—everything was fresh, portions were right (finally a place that fills the fries properly), and the Whopper was excellent.
This is one of the last Burger Kings in my area, and they’re doing it right. Great service still exists—you just have to find the right people.“

“Cashier at the window, acted like it was too much to ask , when I needed more than 1 sugar and creamer for my coffee. Then when she handed it to me, all if the sugars fell to the ground, because of her attitude. I decided to just drive off.
Not usually an issue here, but that really pissed me off. She should look into a job where she doesn't have to be apart of the HR side of working.“
