I have nothing negative to say about this place! First let me start the customer service, Reece is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Reese our waiter was wonderful! our dinners were very nice. I only have 2 comments about the food. The fried ravioli appetizer was overcook. I loved the plating on the bread and the choice of butter or olive oil but the bread was too dense and over cooked.Chicken parm very good and carbonara as well. Was hoping for a fantastic cannoli but none on the menu! The restaurant is beautiful inside.

I dined at Varia for the first time. Their food tantalizes you taste buds. We ordered Tiramisu. It was non-traditionally prepared (not layers of ladyfingers, but a chocolate-tipped biscotti in the pudding), but oh, so delicious. If you get the chance to go there, ask for Kaylee.
