“This location treats with extreme service. I get the new steak ( like the old one tho) and they make sure it's right! They take the time to ask how and what I like on my steak and they always keepe updated if anything has change or is new. The crew are very professional and seem to really care about the craft. Do recommend to anyone whose in the area and who like steaks. They are my go to win I'm in the area. Seven!“

“Customer service was well, the store seemed exceptionally clean for Norfolk standards. Even the rest room was somewhat clean. However they need to hire more people because it took entirely too long to make my sandwich. I ordered went to the bathroom to do a long number two and the food still wasn’t ready. Stop being cheap and hire more folks to make the sandwiches, especially on weekends.“

“The food was great as always, it was fresh and ready right after I arrived. The only negative thing about my experience was the lady in the parking lot who didn't know how to drive. But the only way that connects to Firehouse is that she was entering as I was leaving.“
