I love love the tropical twist frozen and I love it hot. I went in the morning and asked for it and the young man working was so kind and knew exactly what I was asking for because I couldn't remember the name. The young lady with the green hair and tats was extremely rude and said that it was not a menu item and never had been. When the gentleman said it was she rolled her eyes and huffed.
