Bellarissa is a calming and serene coffee shop in downtown Norfolk. The space is large, with lots of chairs, tables and outlets, so you can sit almost anywhere and work. Coffee is the best, delicious, very good and lovely, with options such as iced mocha latte with oat milk, latte, unique lattes and a variety of lattes that are not seen elsewhere. The menu also has hazelnut granola pastry, chocolate chip cookie, scone and other sweets that are scrumptios. Handmade prep took a minute while you peruse the shop. Pricing is on par with larger commercial coffee shops and there is no fancy buzzes or whistles that increase the price. Also Bellarissa have a mocktail menu and N.A. Old Fashioned or other N.A. cocktail during afternoon hours. The atmosphere is nice, with jazz and good service. They consider it a new go to spot and plan to return for more coffee and food.
