“The staff deserve 5 stars. It's corporate that makes it 4. The weekend is always busy, the wait times are always over an hour (depending on when exactly you order) and they're usually understaffed to meet the high demand of business. They work really hard though so please understand that they genuinely care, but they aren't going to go outside the boundary of what they're job allows them to do. if the online or app ordering doesn't work, go yell at corporate. they have a separate number. The staff who physically work there can take your order in person or over the phone, so long as it isn't an online only coupon.“
“I ordered over the phone for a particular thing and the order was wrong. They did change it to the correct one, and it was free. Very happy about that.Vegetarian options: Vegetables and cheese mostly but when they're cooked together, it's good.“
“I can't say enough great things about my Domino's on LaSalle Ave in Hampton, Virginia. They are the Masters of the game. They make sure that My food is ALWAYS delicious , hot, fast, fresh and damn near beautiful. Lol! I love them. I call and tell them often. This location serves the best of the best. I'm moving soon but the LaSalle Ave. location will ALWAYS be my choice.“
“So some how I messed up my own order with not putting the correct address in. I gave them a cal after an hour to see where my food was and this is when they made me aware of what had happen. I spoke with a lady named ART. I love the name by the way, which she help me with issue so I could get my pizza delivered. Even though I made the mistake somehow, they still made the pizza fresh to order. Great service and great food. Thank you.“
