The staff deserve 5 stars. It's corporate that makes it 4. The weekend is always busy, the wait times are always over an hour (depending on when exactly you order) and they're usually understaffed to meet the high demand of business. The pizza is always cooked well and the toppings and requests are rarely in question. And they still do. However, the last few times my family has ordered from this location, it has taken well over an hour for the store to get our food into the oven.
