Who ever cooked my chicken on 9/14/2025 between 7:00 pm and 8pm. They deserve a raise!!! KFC Chicken hasn't taste like that since they first opened. That chicken was excellent. And they need to teach everybody how to cook that chicken.
Wow I just had one of the friendly experiences ever at your establishment. Great customer service from your staff in the drive through
This store discriminated against me and didn't serve me

KFC offers a pleasant experience with fresh and quick food, despite some service mishaps. The staff is friendly and caring, ensuring hot and fresh meals. However, there are occasional issues with missing items and cold food. The manager's proactive approach stands out, showing dedication to customer satisfaction. The restaurant's cleanliness is also noted positively. A customer's request for a receipt was initially denied, highlighting potential areas for improvement in customer service. Despite some hiccups, the dessert, funnel cake fries, received high praise. Overall, KFC provides a satisfying dining experience with room for improvement in service consistency during busy times.
