“Came into town to visit family and had a taste for Chinese food and they did not disappoint at all!!! I had the shrimp w/ broccoli with white rice and it was more than enough as well as very flavorful!! I also opted for the fried crab sticks they also was very FRESH and tastey!!!“

This place has been there for more than 25 years, so they must be doing something right!“

“This ain’t a place to just hang out but if you’re cool with eating at home, in the car or at a local park then you’ve got yourself a gold mine. The young man manning the register is very cool & his Pokémon art is proudly displayed up front. His parent work hard in the back of the house making the fresh food. Something I saw here that I haven’t found elsewhere is pineapple chicken. It was delicious! The prices are very reasonable & even reminded me of the early 2000s pricing. Everything here is too notch except the seating area. That is very old school. It’s small & cramped & usually very hot lol. But at those prices WHO CARES!! 😂 Enjoy yall!“

“Good delicious food, better than the chain restaurants. Do yourself a favor and stop by here instead of the chain restaurant for some good chinese food. I really like ordering the fried rice and fried chicken wings. The rice is well seasoned with mixed veggies but you can ask for none or ask for meat with rice. The chicken is juicy, crispy, and piping hot as they make it to order like everything they cook! I find that the chicken stays crispy for long even when it get cold. I eat here every week and I can do it everyday.“

“This is the ideal restaurant you'd want to patron. The actual inside of the restaurant is beautifully sparce and open, which is exactly what I want in a chinese restaurant. A place that puts all it's effort and care into the food and let's it speak for itself.

I walked in and was immediately greeted loudly and warmly by the woman behind the counter. The prices were incredible and the amount of food you get is beyond generous for the price. The flavor is delicious. There's a wonderful freshness to the food that you can only get when the people cooking truly love the food they make. Unless you have an allergy or something, do yourself a favor and take the food as they make it, at least once. I'm actually sad that I don't live down here, because I don't have any place this good where I live.

“We go here about once a month, primarily because they’re the only buffet in town. They used to put $3 off coupons in the Val Pak, but stopped recently for whatever reason. While the food is good, it’s predictable (they pretty much always have the same items) and if you show up before dinner you’re typically getting older food that’s sat there since lunchtime. Also their prices have gone up considerably since we started going, almost double what we used to pay. There’s a large seafood selection which is mostly unappealing to me, and I love seafood, I just don’t care for crawfish, stuffed crab or mussels. There’s been better buffets in town but sadly they’re all gone now. So, if you’re going, go during lunch or after 5, maybe steer clear of the seafood, and don’t get your hopes up that this will be your new favorite spot.“

“The owners are great! They work hard and have good care of me and my family! Always great food without having to take all your bank account!!***small space mainely food is made to go! “Good take away spot. Rice was cooked perfectly with a nice semi sweet sauce. Noodles were also delicious, lots of shrimp in the noodles. Burbon chicken could have used a lot more sauce, but still tasty because it wasn't overcooked. Customer Service was fast and friendly.“

I always get the sesame chicken would the pork fried rice and egg roll combination platter and my husband always gets the sweet and sour chicken platter combination and we both enjoy the crab rangoons I have tried several other items and plan on trying a couple more soon.“

“Kim's changed to call in order and pickup but still have the same great taste and fast service. They pack the food well and tell you how to carry to reduce spills. The egg foo young is my favorite with the best gravy I've ever had at any Chinese Restaurant. I also got Lomein and fried wings. The Large can feed a family of 4. They are all friendly giving service with smile.“

“Ordered dinner for the family from here. Everything was absolutely delicious. Everything being crab ragoon, dumplings, bourbon chicken, chicken teriyaki, lo mein, and egg rolls. All the food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the chicken was so tender. Definitely our new favorite Chinese food restaurant!“

“There is something spectacular here and I hate that this spot isn’t getting more recognition.I knew by the dumplings (fried and steamed) that this place was my precious. It’s always clean in there, the fridge ISN’T sticky , the bathroom doesn’t have the toilet paper or extra sodas stocked in it?. Their kitchen is literally an open Kitchen. You can see the entire thing!!! That might be a little on the petty side, but some arguments petty or not must be outlined. It’s clean and clutter free.Reasonable prices here, across the street from where Save a lot on kecoughtan used to be. This is a great place.You do have the option to sit inside and eat, I have several times, but that’s all on a comfort level. I highly recommend No.1 kitchen. You won’t be disappointed.“

“⭐️ 5 stars JUST to get your attention — but this place is DISGUSTING and DANGEROUS.

DO NOT EAT HERE. This is by far the nastiest restaurant I have ever seen in my life. I watched the man cooking the food wipe his nose with his bare hand and then grab rice with the SAME hand and throw it in the pan like it was normal. No washing hands, no gloves, no hygiene — straight filth. And he did it TWICE while looking right at customers like it was nothing. That tells me this is how they always operate.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this place can make people seriously sick. My son threw up after eating here before and now it makes perfect sense why. They clearly do not care about people, health, or basic sanitation. I reported this place to the BBB and I honestly don’t understand how they are still open.

This place is a health hazard and should be shut down. If you value your health or your family’s health, STAY FAR AWAY. Absolutely despicable, nasty, careless, and unsafe. I will NEVER eat here again and I hope this review protects someone else from getting sick. This happened some years ago but I don’t see my review anywhere.“
