Delicious. Started coming here when Jimmy first opened it.
The absolute best Carolina style BBQ! Baked beans 🔥 Northern beans 🔥 Mrs. Wilkes is so nice and her grandson is the BEST! I grew up eating Wilkes BBQ and there is no comparison.
They never disappoint. Except when I really craved their bbq sandwich they were closed for a few days. But I made up for it after they re-opened.

Wilkes Bar-B-Q Co. is a family-owned business that has been in Hampton for many years. The building may look a little run down, but the food and service are very outstanding. It is recommended for those who prefer real Carolina barbecue and fresh greens, rather than heavily smoked and seasoned barbecue.
