The Newport News and Hampton locations are highly recommended, known for prompt seating, tasty mushrooms, warm bread, and perfectly cooked steaks and ribs. The friendly and attentive service, along with a clean restroom, enhances the overall dining experience. Despite some minor issues, LongHorn Steakhouse provides a satisfying meal with excellent service.
The food is delicious, with fresh and crispy salads. Customers have enjoyed the new York strip and shrimp appetizer. The service is attentive, though there have been some issues with managers not promptly addressing military discounts. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse offers a satisfying dining experience.
