“We stopped on the way home from vacation. Food was great. Server was attentive and kind. Realized after we left and were 3 hrs away, my daughter left her phone on the table. I called and the manager was so helpful and understanding about how stressful the situation was because we live 6 hrs from the restaurant. The manager offered to mail the phone and wouldn’t take any money for postage. Within days, my daughter’s phone arrived home! I’m so appreciative of them! God bless!“

“So my husband and I went out to eat and we had Scott as our server and he was by far one of the most amazing servers that both myself and my husband have ever experienced! He was extremely kind, fast, attentive, knowledgeable and the list just goes on with this guy! Texas Roadhouse y'all definitely need to make sure you do what you can to keep him around because he is definitely your money maker! The only really negative thing I can say about Texas Roadhouse is the food and the temps and mostly just about the kitchen and cooks, you guys need all new cooks! We totally understand that if the kitchen messes up it is by no means the service fault of course but y'all really need to get new cooks or train them properly other than that we had a great great dinner thanks to Scott's amazing service!!!!“
