“My son treated us to Sunday dinner... it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! GREAT waitress! I wish I remembered her name, a light skin lady from Gloucester... LOVED HER! the food was really GREAT! plenty of parking, clean, clean restrooms, reasonably priced, good menu, my steak was cooked to PERFECTION!!! the only thing that was demi not good was the lighting, it's a little too dark, brighten it up a couple of notches...“

“So my husband and I went out to eat and we had Scott as our server and he was by far one of the most amazing servers that both myself and my husband have ever experienced! He was extremely kind, fast, attentive, knowledgeable and the list just goes on with this guy! Texas Roadhouse y'all definitely need to make sure you do what you can to keep him around because he is definitely your money maker! The only really negative thing I can say about Texas Roadhouse is the food and the temps and mostly just about the kitchen and cooks, you guys need all new cooks! We totally understand that if the kitchen messes up it is by no means the service fault of course but y'all really need to get new cooks or train them properly other than that we had a great great dinner thanks to Scott's amazing service!!!!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. I honestly only come to LongHorn when Mandy is working because I know I’m going to have a great experience every time. She’s always welcoming, remembers her regulars, and makes sure I’m taken care of from the moment I sit down until I leave.
Her customer service is consistently outstanding—she’s friendly, attentive, professional, and somehow manages to make every visit feel personal, even when she’s busy. She keeps drinks filled, makes great recommendations, and always has such a positive attitude that makes the whole dining experience better.
Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back. LongHorn is lucky to have someone who genuinely cares about her guests. If you’re fortunate enough to be served by her, you’re in great hands. Thank you for always making every visit such an enjoyable one!“
