“On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

“This is my “go-to” spot for a great meal and good service. The servers are always attentive, and the food well-prepared and served at the correct temperature: warm but not so hot as to burn one’s mouth. “Had dinner here on Thursday night in the bar area. Our server Destiny was absolutely amazing! She was on top of everything! The food came out and matched the service. I had the Lobster Spinach Queso which was immaculate. I also had the Wood Grilled Chicken and that was one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend!“

“This restaurant is in the Hilton hotel. The ambiance is casual. There are two dining rooms, one with TV which is more casual, the other is quieter but still casual. Wife had Caesar Salad (average), and Filet (good). I had Cornbread, Market Salad, and Ribeye. No desserts. Cornbread tasted good but extremely difficult to eat as it crumbled extensively, more so than most cornbread which crumbles easily. Market Salad was mixed greens, very “weedy”. I'd prefer romaine. Ribeyes should be well marbled but this one had a lot of excess fat. Food was good for the most part However, although our server was good, the kitchen did a horrible job in sequencing the courses. Cornbread was an appetizer but salads came out first. We were only 25% done with salads when entrees were served. Extremely annoying and the fault is with the kitchen, not the server. Food could have been much better if sequenced properly. Restaurant was convenient as we were staying at the Hilton, but that's the only reason to go there.“

“Excellent meal. My ribeye was a perfectly cooked medium, outside was seared and well seasoned. It was the most flavorful and tender steak I've had in years!
The loaded baked potato delivered just the right blend of sour cream, bacon and whatever else they load it with. Brussel sprouts were also good.
My Texas tea was very refreshing and sweet.
We had no wait for a table at 5pm.
