“I consider myself well traveled when it comes to pizza. My first job was at a small pizzeria making the pizzas from scratch. I've tried pizza abroad in more than 15 countries. I can say this may be the best pizza I've ever had.

Pizza is a balance between toppings, crust and sauce. Very few places get two of those right. Gus's gets all of them right. The toppings that are best crispy were perfect, the sauce was balanced and tasty, the dough/crust was very good (I don't love bread so very good is high praise from me).

I'm upset I didn't know about Gus's sooner. I might've eaten every night while I was in Hampton. I cannot more highly recommend this restaurant.“
