I live less than a mile away from this location so it was my go to, I would go here for years. That said, however I took almost a year off from ordering here. Coffee would taste horrible, food would be either burnt or underdone, and it was just terrible. I'm thrilled they have the maple frosted donut back. That said, I stood in line inside this location for 10 minutes waiting to order. That's not the issue I had. The issue is, during that 10 minutes, not one of the 4 employees working so much as acknowledged my existence or the existence of the people in front of or behind me.
