I placed an order and was given an estimated delivery time of about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, my order arrived approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes after it was placed—about 35 minutes beyond the estimated timeframe. I understand that Friday nights can be busy, but the restaurant is only about 6 minutes from my home, making the delay especially frustrating.

I haven't had Papa Johns for a few years but I remember the pizza used to be good. I received a mailer with coupons, and bought a large pizza at menu price and got a large 1 topping for free. The pizzas get 1 star! Neither had enough sauce nor tasted good. I don't know of they skimped because it was a coupon or if this is how they make all of their pizzas now.
