We were very impressed with the customer service tonight and how friendly Keith (general manager) and the rest of the staff were!! We will be going back! Thanks for the laughs and showing our boys that there are still nice people!

The blond guy at the window was amazing! He was helpful and honest which I appreciated. I will say once I got home I bit into something on the bacon pizza I got that was so hard I thought I had broken a tooth. Not sure what it was I couldn’t figure it out. But, other than that the bread sticks were amazing and everything was fresh and great.

Marco's Pizza is an establishment that has improved since new management took over. One customer had a confusing experience with delivery to a military base, but the staff made efforts to correct the situation. Despite a bad service on Tuesday, the General Manager made up for it on Thursday by personally delivering a hot and fresh pizza with drinks included, impressing the customer. The GM's dedication to service recovery showed that management at Marco's Pizza still prioritizes customer satisfaction.
