Order a sandwich and it was not made correctly. I told them not to toast it yet. It was toasted so now the sandwich is ruined.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway located in the Fort Eustis Exchange. I was standing directly in front of the counter, clearly waiting to be helped, and the woman working there completely ignored me.
She continued talking to a man already at the counter, not even appearing to be actively making his order—just having a conversation. She looked at me, then went right back to talking to him without saying a single word or acknowledging my presence...read full review

Went to get a 6 inch 15 minutes before close and they told me they were closed and refused to serve me, while someone else was still paying for there food.
