“First Watch is now our favorite breakfast place to go. It was really bad years ago as far as time to serve. It was so bad we would drive to the one in west end and still be done sooner. After they removed the manager and automated the ordering system, we now give it an A+.“

The manager and staff did an amazing job seating us together and serving our large crowd during a traditionally busy time (Sunday 1pm). “I had an amazing experience at IHOP recently, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Itzel. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She greeted us with a smile, made sure we were comfortable, and took our order quickly while answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

Throughout the entire meal, Itzel consistently checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, and she made sure our food came out correctly and in a timely manner. Even though the restaurant seemed busy, she never appeared rushed and still gave us excellent service.

What stood out the most was her positive attitude. Itzel was genuinely kind and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It's rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable, but Itzel managed to be both.

The food was great, but the outstanding service from Itzel is what truly made the visit memorable. She represents excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the hard work she puts into making customers feel welcome.
