“The food and service at this location are always good. Staff are friendly and service is prompt.
The atmosphere? Chaos. I love a happy and enjoyable environment where folks enjoy their jobs but this location is chaos. The jukebox is LOUD and the servers belt out full volume along to songs. They also holler across the store at each other and at familiar customers. This combined with the dishes clanking into the sink and the noises of food prep and orders being called = overstimulation central. But honestly, the quality of the dishware is outstanding for how it’s handled. Kudos to the company that makes them.
If you are looking to enjoy a meal in peace, this is not the place.
If you’re looking to enjoy a meal in the midst of chaos and high volumes, this is for you.“

It’s not easy keeping a table of toddlers happy, but she was patient, quick with our order, and made sure the kids got their meals without any delays. Excellent family service. “Great diner for breakfast and lunch. Friendly and prompt service. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Sweet tea was really good also. Be sure to try the homemade cookies. Close to UVA medical facilities, & wheelchair accessible.“
