“The employees at Little Caesars have been extremely helpful and kind both times that I have picked up bulk orders for the local school. The gas station employees make it difficult to order ahead when you call (the first time I asked to place an order, an employee immediately told me that I couldn't order ahead if it was less than 10 pizzas and very begrudgingly took my order for 7 pizzas and the next time I called, the employee told me that I should have called more than 30 minutes ahead and that time I was only ordering 5 so there is definitely no protocol, no consistency, and they will berate customers solely based on what they feel like saying to you that day on the gas station side), but I have never had a problem with the Little Caesars employees.”

“People will be quick to post negative reviews,rarely positive. I was pleased the last two times, I stopped in here( pretty late and near closing time) the young gentleman you have working for you , was AMAZING! He is always friendly, greets me, and willing to make my food! Its a nice change!!! Alot of employees these days wont even acknowledge you, let alone eager to work and just " do their job" . Your whole experience can be different with just a " Hello" and How was your day??He is definitely a keeper ! Also, food was good,fresh, and place looked organized and clean.”

“Just like every other Chinese restaurant out there. They've got a cooler in the lobby. Were the drinks? Are there's no soda fountain? They give you every order and a bag as if it's to go even though you're told Em you're eating there.”

Drive the extra few miles as this is one of the few Popeyes around. I typically order ahead on the app and have had no issues with items being unavailable. The orders are always correct and food seems to be fresh, and doesn’t taste like it had been sitting out or was old. Sometimes service can be slow, or the drive-thru closed due to staffing shortages.”

“Fast service and although the drive through was packed it was moving quickly. Team was not sparce on the sauce distribution like some others. I had plenty of hot sauce for my order.”

“I’ve always had a great experience at the Colonial Heights Crumbl Cookies location. The staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and always greet customers with a smile. What I appreciate even more is how supportive they are of teachers—they generously gave out gift cards during Teacher Appreciation Week, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

I’ve never had any issues with my orders. The cookies are always freshly made, carefully packed, and consistently delicious. My personal favorites are the Original Chocolate Chip and the Dubai Brownie Cookie—both are absolutely worth trying! If you’re looking for amazing cookies and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend supporting this location.”
