Normally, I don't have any problems or complaints. I ordered 2 cravings boxes. Got all the way home and noticed that I didn't get all of my food that was ordered. Called them, and I had to ride back just to get the rest.
The store manager was genuinely concerned and ensured my complete satisfaction after a small issue with my DoorDash order. It's becoming quite rare to see this level of accountability in food services. #

Used the drive thru. Our order taker was very sweet and professional. However, our soda had no flavor. Apparently, the syrup was out, and the taco supremes had no sour cream, and 2 tacos were broken. I had to turn my tacos and eat them like a tostada. Tried to call to let them know the syrup was out, but there was no answer. Sorry for the next people ?
