On 3/27/24, I ordered a chicken quesadilla & a chicken soft taco supreme. I saw the screen and drive thru worker said $11 and change. I get to the window and my total is $23 and change. I said for the 2 items I ordered. She says "It is 2 combos." I kept telling her what I ordered and that it was orginally $11 something. She keeps telling me it's a combo. I told her I don't want a combo. She gets an attitude and keeps trying to argue, so I left. If I DO NOT want a combo, then I'm not paying for a combo. That encounter was a horrible experience and I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

There’s no time being taken at the prep work so all of the lettuce is on one side. All of the meat is on another side and the tomatoes are far to one corner. It’s like you have to mix everything in before you start eating.
Used the drive thru. Our order taker was very sweet and professional. However, our soda had no flavor. Apparently, the syrup was out, and the taco supremes had no sour cream, and 2 tacos were broken. I had to turn my tacos and eat them like a tostada. Tried to call to let them know the syrup was out, but there was no answer. Sorry for the next people ?

Normally, I don't have any problems or complaints. I ordered 2 cravings boxes. Got all the way home and noticed that I didn't get all of my food that was ordered. Called them, and I had to ride back just to get the rest.
If your food is not hot enough, they don't have a microwave to heat it up.

There's nothing more annoying than a random person in a position of power who decides to use it, just because they can. I went to this location, through the drive thru to get lunch. Part of my order was wrong. I called and spoke to a manager who said she'd remake the entire order. It was 3 small items that totalled just under $12. The wrong item was a beef burrito. I'm allergic to beef. Thank God I didn't have an allergic reaction to consuming part of the burrito before I realized that it was beef... Which makes me wonder altogether about that product. I went back today to have my order remade. The manager on duty (I wish I had gotten her name) decided that she wasn't going to remake the entire order. When you mess someone's order up and take total accountability, that's awesome customer service. When a weak person decides to insert the little bit of power that they have and goes against their manager, well that's just dumb. I think what gets lost in things like this is fact that people are hungry at their time of purchase, and the time it takes to go back to even get something corrected, let alone the fact that I only could eat what was left on my order because I had to go back to work. This unfortunately nameless manager caused a negative Google review due to her ego and need to impose her authority. She could have easily called the store manager who told me that my order would be remade. She chose not to. She also brought me the portion of my remade order without even letting know her decision to not remake my entire order. So of course by then, I was extremely unhappy with her and the establishment. I ate at this location this morning for breakfast. This afternoon I had a whole different experience and now have an entirely different opinion of the location. Hopefully this bad manager gets training, especially in customer service. Were not remaking those two tacos worth your temporary ego boost? She deserves a documented reprimand.
