CIR is our Favorite Italian restaurant in Colonial Heights! They offer the best food and drinks and the servers are very friendly and attentive. We visit quite often and every time it has been exceptional.

Met some friends here for dinner. Nice interior - not too loud, so we could have a conversation. Service was great - cheerful and attentive (sorry I don't recall her name). Star of the evening was the limoncello cake with a drizzle of raspberry. This dessert by itself was worth the drive!
