Wonderful Tea Lounge, with very friendly and inviting service. Sim, the owner, is a wonderful person and will help you find the perfect tea for whatever mood you are in. The drink was good, boba average, but the vibes were weird. So many unwelcoming signs and rules all the way down to the bathroom being “broken”. We had been driving for a few hours so that was not fun. Also just one person working so it took awhile.
