Fun time - well run ! Staff friendly and helpful!
Suz at the Richmond location is awesome! We were there on April 13th, the first day for the staff using the new system….change can be challenging and there was an issue with the tab. I didn’t realize there was a problem until after the visit, but once Suz was made aware she jumped on it and even followed up with me to confirm things had been corrected. It’s evident that Suz is great at customer service…and that is what makes a customer want to return! Thank you Suz!

The atmosphere upon arrival was awesome. The rest of the stay, I cannot say the same. The game overall was great for first timers. Although our waiter was less than satisfactory.
