If you're worried you're about to open a broom closet, you're walking into the right place! Aside from the super sketchy entrance, this place definitely lived up to its hype and more in terms of the food! 2024.3.5We went to this restaurant just after visiting the Virginia Museum of Art. It's less than 5 o'clock and the door hasn't opened yet, but there are already more than a dozen people waiting in line. When the door opened at the right time, I went upstairs and saw several staff peeling garlic . The rich aroma of garlic whets your appetite. Had a night out with the Lady, it took a second to get seated, & there wasn't anywhere to wait that wasn't in the way of the wait staff, but we were seated in a nice corner section, making it very easy to hear my girlfriend, despite it being quite bustling, we had the branzino & the napolese spaghetti with squid, scallops, mussels, etc, I am finishing the leftovers now, two days later & it is still delicious. Would give 5 stars if there was a lobby or waiting area.
