I am so certain that the best calmari is right her at Edo Squid. My mouth is watering thinking about it. The Atmosphere and the low lighting put you right on the Sine River or in Venice!
Wonderful. Cons first: loud, dimly lit, and crowded (like chairs hitting each other crowded). Service was very good. Now the food: superb !! We started with squid, arugula, garlic & lemon app. It was phenomenal. Cooked to perfection, wonderful lemony flavor…will definitely be getting that again. The best poorly kept secret of Richmond. The food is phenomenal. The portions are family style. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. If you want Italian food. Get it here. But make a reservation cause seating is scarce and hard to come by.
