Grisette Reviews
Go early if you don’t have a reservation. Be prepared for gastronomical delight. Take friends who will let you try what they ordered. Order both of the desserts. Service is impeccable, faster than you’d think. Incredible ambiance. I have a feeling you’ll never see the same menu twice. Incredible service, flavors, ambiance. Don’t miss this gem in Chimborazo. Thank you Bree for a great night and fantastic service.
Absolutely flawless experience for our anniversary dinner! Food so good I just about cried.
I had such a great evening enjoying dinner at Grisette Churchill RVA. The food and service was excellent. I was treated as though I was the only one there. I greatly appreciate the kind service from my server Bella and the Manager Elizabeth. I will definitely be going back soon and I will recommend this establishment.

Grisette is a quaint cocktail bar offering personalized drinks crafted by skilled bartenders. The menu features delicious small plates, including a unique meat and cheese plate, and the must-try smorgasbord, which includes beautiful house-made pâtés, cured meats, and fantastic cheeses tailored to guest preferences. The restaurant is located in a lovely area of Church Hill near Chimborazo Park, providing neighborhood charm that encourages guests to linger and enjoy another cocktail. Grisette boasts an impressive wine selection and knowledgeable servers, making it an ideal spot for special occasions. The ambiance is cozy with big windows, and the service is genuinely attentive and warm. Guests have found the food to be phenomenal, with dishes that evoke the French countryside, focusing on ingredient quality and balance. The rockfish served with a seasonal mix of corn, tomato, okra, and green beans tastes like summer on a plate, while a melon, cucumber, ricotta, and berry salad is clean and fragrant. Even desserts like profiteroles and peach cake are light and delightful. Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups, as the restaurant can fill up quickly. Guests can also discover more items on the seasonal menu than what is shown online, ensuring a great dining experience.
