“Let me start by saying this—I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews here.
I’ve lived in Ashlake for over three years, and the team at this Domino’s has consistently been friendly, professional, and proactive. I’ve never had an issue with my order—they’re always on time, and the staff is very friendly, polite and easy to deal with.
In my experience, this location does a great job, and the employees deserve recognition for their service.
The only feedback I’d offer is regarding the parking lot—it has some very large potholes that could definitely use attention.“

“The food is good, but the customer service is eh. I placed an online order and selected all flats, but once I clicked submit, that option was removed. I called to fix it and was told the food had already been made and that I’d need to pay for a whole new order. There was no effort to accommodate the situation, and the response was very short and nonchalant. Mistakes happen, especially with online ordering, but better customer service would’ve made a big difference.“

“When I tell you the way that this food melts in your mouth! I got the Nashville sandwich and the last couple times I tried it. I couldn’t stand the sandwich, but I had to try it from this place. Yo, it’s place to press perfection, they wrap up the whole sandwich so it leaves nice and hot and the fries don’t even taste close to being refrigerated or frozen! I can also tell that they use a very good clean here, five stars for nice healthy option for unhealthy food!“
