“I encountered this location after attending a birthday party on July 31! I was so excited after looking at the menu. Real turkeyburgers....and smash burgers at that! The fries were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The young lady even gave me some wings to try!!! Heavenly! I loved this place so much I returned last night... Aug. 7th! Listen I did get the same thing but I tried the cabbage and the greens. It was amazing as expected. Melt in your mouth good. My food did not make it make it back to the east end. I just may go back tonight... because my kids need this experience. Thank you Kash for the amazing customer service and the delicious cuisine! “Steve was so helpful. Unfortunately this location uses DoorDash for their delivery and the driver stole our food. I called because they only delivered the breadsticks and not the pizza or wings. The girl riding with the delivery driver said they picked up the wrong order so to call the store. I did watch them sit in front of my driveway and open the bag in the car. I didn’t think they were stealing our food. Steve (the manager) told me that was likely what happened and it definitely was! He got our order back out and gave us a credit. Thank a Steve! I hope you get a raise!“

“I came in for a pickup at around 8:50pm on 3/24/26. From where I was standing, it looked as if they only had two people on shift…a young lady on the fryer and a young man in the front taking orders. I didn’t like the fact that they were or appeared to be short staffed on this evening. Shame on the company/manager for not assisting on such a busy night. My food was hot and fresh and I want to thank the employees that were working this evening for all that they do. I see you and I appreciate you for your hard work. I like this location a lot as I have not been disappointed with an order (yet lol) and hope it stays that way despite this locations shortcomings when it comes to staffing. I don’t really agree or care for some of the negative reviews here that come from the seemingly “microwave” crowd who thinks that everything they ask for should be received within seconds to a couple minutes. I guarantee none of those folks ever worked a day in a fast food chain.“
