Britni has amazing customer service
Great service
Dude I love this wingstop. The workers are always so nice. I’ve had people give me free brownies when my food took long, and given an extra wing cause I just want six wings and not the meal. It’s awesome. Obviously still just a wingstop, but it’s amazing

Wingstop offers good and great food, with wings described as amazing, hot, fresh, and delicious. Specific items like the BBQ flavor wings, corn, and fries are also noted as good. The restaurant is seen as a great option for wings in the area with the convenience of online ordering.
Experiences with service and speed vary. Some reviews report very friendly and kind staff, a super clean and cute environment, and orders being quick and ready early. Others describe customer service as eh, short, and nonchalant, with one report of an unaccommodating response to an online order error. Wait times can be slow, with one online order taking about 45 minutes, which is advised against for to-go on busy sports nights. As a relatively new location, it has had some kinks to work out, but the staff appears to be getting better. Many customers would return or try it again.
