The tenders were great, the cheese fries were delicious. The guy working the counter was so helpful and pleasant. I had to wait a minute but that’s because they were making my food.. Don’t listen to the haters comments- try it yourself. It’s pretty good and I’ll return next time I have the fried chicken craving!
The food is good, but the customer service is eh. I placed an online order and selected all flats, but once I clicked submit, that option was removed. I called to fix it and was told the food had already been made and that I’d need to pay for a whole new order. There was no effort to accommodate the situation, and the response was very short and nonchalant. Mistakes happen, especially with online ordering, but better customer service would’ve made a big difference.
