The Chanello's in Midlothian has a wonderful staff, always friendly and they always know it's me calling! The food is delicious, the prices are wonderful and there's one fellow who works at night, glasses, long hair, -always a pleasure! Super kind! Thanks for being a late night staple for my fiancé and I, we will be back again and again!
I want to speak on Jimmy the manager. He took my order for 2 subs which we never even spoke on subs. I ordered 2 pizzas (but) that’s not the worst. His attitude is unworthy to work more less be a manager. Then he touching everything. Sweating, pushing his glasses up. So he then snatched the pizza to make, I said sir can you put on gloves. It’s very unsanitary. He gets super mad and asked Sterling if he can deal with this guy. He wouldn’t apologize and the 2 young black female...read full review

Absolutely fantastic philly cheesesteaks! Completely unexpected, but definitely worth giving a try. I got a 12" with extra steak, extra onions, American/Swiss cheese, and mayo. (Pictured below) exactly what I ordered and delicious! Yum!
