“Road-trip stop for us, and we've liked their pizza in the past. online order was processed for $14, but they said they never got it and that they've "had trouble with their online ordering." We rechecked our email to see that it was in fact "canceled." Had to wait 25 minutes in the store and pay 50% more for the same order. (Also, was prompted/felt pressured to pay befor the order before it was finished; refused, opted to wait till order was up, which seemed to annoy the employee.) Pizza wasn't cooked right (too much crust and bread bubbles); brownie was too dry/crumbly. Receipt machine also down; had to get the manager to use a back office printer. Called Papa Johns Corporate for some type of reimbursement; awaiting response.UPDATE: Manager was very gracious. Called me; wanted to make it right. Sent Papa Johns gift card .“
“Friendly employees prompt service and food is always good. Two times I have had a issue with ordering online in which I was allowed to order online when it was past the time in which the store stops taking orders and the store never got the order so nobody ever called to tell me hey we're not taking orders do fully believe that this is an issue with the website in itself and the actual store does not run that that is a corporate thing so other than that good place.“
