Road-trip stop for us, and we've liked their pizza in the past. online order was processed for $14, but they said they never got it and that they've "had trouble with their online ordering." We rechecked our email to see that it was in fact "canceled." Had to wait 25 minutes in the store and pay 50% more for the same order. (Also, was prompted/felt pressured to pay befor the order before it was finished; refused, opted to wait till order was up, which seemed to annoy the employee.)...read full review

It's really nice to have a Papa Johns that we can pick up on our way home but both times I've gotten our pizzas home we have notice they are not cooked all the way. Very disappointing.. Perhaps some additional training is required at this location.
