I always forget that this is the slowest Little Caesars in town. Do not recommend!! Even when I order ahead it’s over 50 minutes for one pizza and crazy bread.One poor woman seems to be almost running the whole store on her own.

Placed an order online. Pulled up the window when the app said it was ready, and they told me to pull up and they’ll bring it right out. It’s been 45 minutes and nobody has come. This location closes their lobby and instead makes everyone use the drive thru. It slows everyone down and makes us wait for an HOUR after our order was ready for pick up.

My pizza was raw. I could not eat it nor could I get in touch with also ordered?Roasted Chicken wings which were spicy. I don't like spicy. It says roasted Chicken wings not spicy.

Twice I have arrived to wait twenty minutes customer service foreign lady is not nice. When you arrive no one is around ti greet it’s like an empty store they chill in the back of the store what I have noticed ??

We ordered two pizzas 1 cheese & 1 3meat, my total came up to $20.48 never got a receipt came home looked on the website for the totals of the pizzas to find out I was over charged. I’m guessing I was charged for a 5 meat & cheese pizza because that’s the total I got for that, but when I totaled a cheese & 3meat it totaled to $17.98The cheese pizza had barely any sauce or cheese. To say I was upset would be an understatement and begin to far to drive back didn’t make it any betterAlways make sure to get your receipts and check totals before going to this locationForest HillRichmond VaWe should stop giving our money to Little Caesar’s and just go to convenient stores for pizza it’s much better than Over Charge Slacky Caesar’s pizza

Everything was great with online ordering and pick up as usual. Pizza was good, but when we got home we started to eat the Italian cheese bread and it tasted nothing like it should or usually does. It seems they forgot to put the garlic and herbs etc on the bread. The bottom of the box usually has a lot of the garlic and seasoning that falls off, and this time there is none. I am putting pictures up of the bottom of the box, the bread and the bottom of the bread. Ultimately mistakes happen and it's no big deal, but we aren't going to be eating any more of it and wasted money on them. What we did all have on our plates were thrown away, so they are not pictured. We usually don't have any issues and we of course will order again as Little Caesars is our son's favorite place in the world. We will also be ordering quite a few pizzas next Sunday for his birthday party. Just wanted to let someone know about the experience tonight, but it won't deter us from coming again.Edited to add-It won't let me post the few pictures I took. Is there a way to submit them?

The pizza and crust was very hard-- like a rock.they're always out of something and has you wait at least 20 minutes on a good day. Inside is okay though. Smells good when you come in but that's the only positive thing i have to say for now. many of the times i've went there was no hot and ready and the times they said for one were so off that they said 5 minutes and i ended up waiting 20. This has to be the slowest chain in RVA. many times has the line been empty and i still had to wait all this time. It's like they forgot the fast in fast food. For your sake, just go to a different one.

Few of the staff are decent people but the majority consistently rude, there are much better little Ceasars in the area. There shouldn't be a confrontation each and every time you ask for a single pepperoni pizza.
