“I avoided Five Guys for a while because their pricing was outrageous for fast food. At one point a little cheeseburger and little fries was close to $20 after tax. However the $12.99 combo meal has brought me back.
Excellent burgers and my absolute favorite fries anywhere.
The service is always on point and food comes out fast and fresh.
Only reason for four stars instead of five is because I don't like being asked to tip for counter service. There is absolutely no reason why I should be asked to pay $2-3 for someone to spend 20 seconds pressing buttons on a screen. Ridiculous!“
“I recently had a small issue with an order at the Five Guys location at Westchester Commons in Midlothian, VA. When I got home, I realized that an item I had paid for was missing from my order. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to return the same day to correct the issue, but that I could stop by on Friday.
When I came back, the team handled the situation professionally and without hesitation. They honored my order, made sure I received the item I originally purchased, and even added an order of fries. It was a simple gesture, but it showed that they genuinely care about their customers and standing behind their service.
Mistakes happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds when they do. The staff at this Five Guys location demonstrated excellent customer service, professionalism, and a commitment to making things right. I truly appreciate a business that values its customers and aims to ensure they leave satisfied.
Thank you to the team at Westchester Commons for taking care of the issue and showing that great customer service still matters.“
“The managers at this location need to teach their employees not to throw 10,000 pounds of salt on the french fries I literally just had to wipe each and every single one of my french fries down and you could hear the salt falling onto the aluminum foil. With all do respect, I do not want high blood pressure. So please, teach your employees to have soft wrists when salting the French fries.“
