I ordered the Loaded Yucca Tots with chicken, it was delicious. My only recommendation is to chop your curtido a lot finer and add a touch of sweetness to it. That will balance out the acidity of the vinegar. You want that to be light and green and appear fresh and it will add a touch of sweetness to the heavier proteins and starches and salty cheeses in the dish. Well done!
10/10 I was sad to be finished with these nachos 🥲 literally perfect
Best quesadilla I've ever had. I have no idea what spice mix they put on the chicken but it is incredible.
