“I ordered the Loaded Yucca Tots with chicken, it was delicious. My only recommendation is to chop your curtido a lot finer and add a touch of sweetness to it. That will balance out the acidity of the vinegar. You want that to be light and green and appear fresh and it will add a touch of sweetness to the heavier proteins and starches and salty cheeses in the dish. Well done!“

“Waygone is my favorite brewery in the west end. I’m always greeted by name with a smile when I walk in and feel welcomed. This is also a go-to for my husband and I if we are getting together with friends who have kids. They have lots of toys and a side room area for playing. My favorite drinks are Bluey and the rosé wine. I also love playing darts. My dad (who can be picky about beer) lives down the road and now comes in here weekly too to pick up to-go cans. 10/10 spot!“
