“We've been going across town to the Broad Street location for years, but live in Midlothian. We were so happy when they told us they were opening up a sister location in Chesterfield, just 7 minutes from Midlothian! We were NOT disappointed! The place was packed, yet we were seated, offered drinks, asked about ordering, and receiving our food all in a very timely manner. And, just like the other location, the food was sooooo tasty! My apologies to the Broad Street location, but I'll probably eat here more than there.“

“It was last minute for a food place and wasn’t too sure if my family would like it, but they enjoyed“

“Out of all the vietnamese restaurants in Richmond that I’ve visited, pho so 1 does grilled pork chop + pork loaf + pork skin with broken rice the best and offers the best value. Very reasonable prices for good portions and delicious food. Will be coming back regularly.“

“The waiter didn’t seem too happy.? He was short with us and not welcoming. That really left me not wanting to eat there but my kid wanted pho after a long ride from Virginia Beach. (And people have crappy days.) The pho was okay. Broth was okay. Noodles a little over cooked. They did not skimp on the meat so that was a plus. Ordered chicken pho but got veggie pho and that was okay because my other kid was grounded anyway. Veggie pho would definitely make the list of foods to give your grounded kid. She hated it and was pretty mad. I guess that’s a plus.
We paid. Waited for the receipt to sign and tip but there was nothing. All in all, it wasn’t the worse experience -just awkward.
Hope the waiter feels better.“

“I have dined at other Phô stands in RVA, but none has the colorful setting or genuinely excited staff like this place. Both the phô and Bahm Mi were fresh and wonderful. The ambience and food together combined to make this an experience - more than just a bowl of noodles. Highest recommendation.“

“I have tried a lot of Pho places, but Pho Saigon is one of the best! I don't know what they do to their broth, it is delicious! We did have an issue with one of the ladies working there being a bit rude, so we stopped going. But, we were unsuccessful in finding the taste and quality elsewhere. In going back, there is a new girl doing take outs, and she is very sweet. Let me say again, the quality and taste of the food is amazing!“

“Years and years coming here and it's still one of my favorites! My parents love making their spring rolls before a meal, but hate the get stuffed and can't eat their own orders after!! Different seasons carry seasonal drinks, but there's always some beers and wines you can get that will pair well with your foods. This time I got a pumpkin beer and it was delicious. It is still my go-to for the best bowl of pho bar none. If you're wanting to go and get Vietnamese food, this is the place!“
“If you are into beer this is the answer. Seriously though, they make incredible beers, BUT they also have unbelievable guest taps. I mean the best of the best. Food is solid, but come for the beer. If you can’t find something on tap you love here you just aren’t trying very hard.“

“My favorite bahn mi in RVA! $5 is a very fair price for a good sandwich. I’ve seen plenty of places sell “gourmet” bahn mi for $12-15, and they’re no better than the simple delicious sandwich you’ll find here. It’s a no-frills take out kind of place, but that’s fine with me. I get one or two pretty much every time I drive past; they’re great fresh and I can bring some home for my kids (they love’em!)“

“Took the drive to try them out and I wasn't disappointed. We had the rare ribeye pho, shrimp spring rolls, and the rocket shrimp. The pho broth was def on par with what I usually get in the city and the rocket shrimp were top tier! It's like a shrimp rolled on an egg roll wrapper. Simple but was good with the sauce or without. Vincent was our waiter and took care of us the entire time. Great atmosphere and great food. The couple next to us had some rice dishes that looked good as well so we will be back to try them too! Glad to have something a little closer and not have to drive into the city!
Parking: Plenty of parking in front
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spaces as well as ramps to get onto the sidewalk“
