I’ve eaten here on and off over the past decade. Now that I moved to RVA permanently, it’s typically my go-to since I like to shop at Tan A for convenience. I feel like the food has declined some over the years and has less punch to the spices and sauces. The portions have gotten smaller but that’s pretty expected nowadays. Quite good. Especially when I found that it was run by women only. There might be a man behind the scene, but I did not see any. Clean, simple, good ambience. I had beef pho. Loved it.
