Overall good quality dishes. Meat to noodle ratio off. The egg rolls and broken rice dish were good.
One of the best pho places in the Richmond area. Rice paper rolls are fantastic. They aren’t made to order fresh, but made each day fresh. The speed at which the food comes out is astonishing. Atmosphere is okay. They recently replaced all the seating. If you need a quick lunch, go here. Meat and rice dishes are fantastic as well. Pay up front so it’s quick.
